General terms and conditions governing the HSBC RewardCash Programme partnership
1. Conversion of RewardCash into ALL Accor Reward points:
RewardCash Programme members may convert their RewardCash into Reward points of ALL Accor programme.
To do this, the HSBC RewardCash Programme member must be a member of ALL Accor programme. In order to be considered a member of ALL Accor programme, you need to have a valid ALL membership Card.
RewardCash may only be transferred from a HSBC RewardCash Programme member account to this member's associated personal and nominative account in ALL Loyalty programme.
After conversion, the converted Reward points are added to member's ALL Reward points balance and can be redeemed according to ALL Loyalty programme rules.
2. Points are converted as follows:
1 RewardCash = 20 ALL Accor Reward points
The points conversion described above is done manually through member's HSBC RewardCash Programme account.
RewardCash transferred on the member's ALL account are converted into Reward points.
Transferred Reward points do not qualify for higher ALL account status calculation or maintaining existing ALL account status.
2,000 Reward points equal EUR 40. For further information, please refer to ALL Loyalty programme's rules.
