General terms and conditions governing the HeyMax partnership
1. Conversion of Max Miles into ALL Reward points:
HeyMax members may convert their Max Miles into Reward points of ALL Accor Loyalty programme.
To do this, the HeyMax member must be a member of ALL Accor programme. In order to be considered a member of ALL Accor programme, you need to have a valid ALL Accor membership.
Max Miles may only be transferred from a HeyMax member account to his member's associated personal and nominative account in ALL Accor programme.
After conversion, the converted Reward points are added to member's ALL Reward points balance and can be redeemed according to ALL Accor programme rules.
2. Points are converted as follows:
1000 Max Miles = 1000 ALL Accor points
The points conversion described above is done manually through member's HeyMax account.
Max Miles transferred on the member's ALL Accor account are converted into Reward points.
Transferred Reward points do not qualify for higher ALL Accor status calculation or maintaining existing ALL Accor status.
2,000 All Accor points are equal EUR 40. For further information, please refer to ALL Loyalty programme's rules.
