General terms and conditions governing HDFC Bank partnership
1. Conversion of HDFC Bank Reward Points into ALL Reward points:
HDFC Bank members may convert their HDFC Bank Reward Points into ALL Reward points of ALL Accor Loyalty programme.
To do this, the HDFC Bank member must be a member of ALL Accor Loyalty programme. In order to be considered a member of ALL Accor Loyalty programme, you need to have a valid ALL Accor membership Card.
HDFC Bank Reward Points may only be transferred from a HDFC Bank member account to this member's associated personal and nominative account in ALL Accor Loyalty programme.
After conversion, the transferred Reward points are added to member's ALL Reward points balance and can be redeemed according to ALL Accor Loyalty programme rules.
2. Points are converted as follows:
2,000 HDFC Bank Reward Points = 1,000 ALL Reward points
The points conversion described above is done manually through member's HDFC Bank account. HDFC Bank Reward Points transferred on the member's HDFC Bank members may convert their HDFC Bank Reward Points into ALL Reward points of ALL Accor Loyalty programme.
To do this, the HDFC Bank member must be a member of ALL Accor Loyalty programme. In order to be considered a member of ALL Accor Loyalty programme, you need to have a valid ALL Accor membership Card.
HDFC Bank Reward Points may only be transferred from a HDFC Bank member account to this member's associated personal and nominative account in ALL Accor Loyalty programme.
After conversion, the transferred Reward points are added to member's ALL Reward points balance and can be redeemed according to ALL Accor account are converted into ALL Reward points.
Transferred Reward points do not qualify for higher ALL Accor account status calculation or maintaining existing ALL Accor account status.
