General terms and conditions governing Everday Rewards partnership
1. Conversion of Accor Reward Points into Everyday Rewards points:
ALL Accor members must be a member of Everyday Rewards prior to requesting a transfer. Your Everyday Rewards card can only be linked to one ALL Accor account. Members are not authorised to convert their Reward points into Everyday Rewards points on behalf of another individual. Points will be transferred to the Everyday Rewards account within a maximum of 7 business days. Once ALL Reward points have been converted into Everyday Reward points, the Everyday Rewards points are subject to the Members of ALL Accor cannot cancel a conversion transaction. All conversions of ALL Reward points into Everyday Rewards points are final. ALL Reward points are deducted from ALL Accor Account when the order to convert is submitted.
2. Reward points are converted into Everyday Rewards points as follows:
2,000 ALL Reward points = 4,000 Everyday Rewards points.
Members of ALL Accor may convert his/her ALL Reward points online, per multiple of 2,000 ALL Reward points.
To request a point transfer, members must log into their ALL Accor account and go to the Everyday Rewards partner page on ALL.com. Click on “Convert your Reward points”. Members must then key in the required information and choose the number of Reward points they wish to convert. Members take sole responsibility for the information provided when filling out the point conversion form.
