ALL ACCOR LOYALTY PROGRAMME
General terms and conditions governing the CTBC Loyalty Reward Program partnership
1. Conversion of Earned Dollars into ALL Accor Reward points:
| CTBC Loyalty Reward Program members may convert their Earned Dollars into Reward points of ALL Accor Loyalty programme. |
| To do this, the China CITIC Bank Program member must be a member of ALL Accor Loyalty programme. In order to be considered a member of ALL Accor Loyalty programme, you need to have a valid ALL Accor membership Card. |
| Earned Dollars may only be transferred from a CTBC Loyalty Reward Program member account to this member's associated personal and nominative account in ALL Loyalty programme. |
After conversion, the converted ALL Accor Reward points are added to member's ALL Accor Reward points balance and can be redeemed according to ALL Accor Loyalty programme rules.

2. Points are converted as follows:
| 65 Earned Dollars = 1 ALL Reward point / 8.4 Reward Points = 1 ALL Reward point |
| The points conversion described above is done manually through member's CTBC Loyalty Reward Program account. |
Earned Dollars transferred on the member's ALL Accor account are converted into Reward points.
