General terms and conditions governing the Club Opinions partnership

1. List of participating countries

Rewards points can be earned in the following countries:
Australia, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Spain, UK, USA

2. Earning Rewards points

For members based in Australia, Brazil, Germany and United States: Classic ALL members are credited 300 Rewards points for participating in their first Club Opinions survey. Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond status and above members are credited 600 Rewards points for their first survey.
Afterwards, each new survey validated by Club Opinions will allow members to be credited with Rewards points based on the following scale:
- 25 Rewards points for participating in a short survey.
- 50 Rewards points for participating in a longer survey.
For members based in Canada, France, Italy, Poland, Spain and United Kingdom: Classic ALL members are credited 250 Rewards points for participating in their first Club Opinions survey. Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond status and above members are credited 500 Rewards points for their first survey.
Afterwards, each new survey validated by Club Opinions will allow members to be credited with Rewards points based on the following scale:
- 25 Rewards points for participating in a 0-29 minutes survey.
- 50 Rewards points for participating in a 30+ minutes survey.
To earn Rewards points, members must join the Club Opinions programme and enter their ALL card number into their personal account on the Club Opinions site.
