General terms and conditions governing the Cathay United Bank Reward Point Program partnership

1. Conversion of Cathay United Bank Tree Points (Credit Card) into ALL Accor Reward Points:

Cathay United Bank Reward Point Program members may convert their Tree Points (Credit Card) into Reward points of ALL – Accor Live Limitless, Accor’s loyalty programme.

To do this, the Cathay United Bank Reward Point Program member must be a member of ALL Accor Loyalty programme. In order to be considered a member of ALL Loyalty programme, you need to have a valid ALL Accor membership Card.

Tree Points may only be transferred from a Cathay United Bank Reward Point Program member account to this member's associated personal and nominative account in ALL Accor Loyalty programme.

After conversion, the converted Reward points are added to member's ALL Accor Reward points balance and can be redeemed according to ALL Accor Loyalty programme rules.

2. Points are converted as follows:

0.9 Cathay United Bank Tree Points (Credit Card) = 1 ALL Accor Reward point

The points conversion described above is done manually through member's Cathay United Bank Reward Point Program account.

Cathay United Bank Tree Points (Credit Card) transferred on the member's ALL – Accor Live Limitless account are converted into Reward Points.
Transferred Reward Points do not qualify for higher ALL – Accor Live Limitless account status calculation or maintaining existing ALL – Accor Live Limitless account status.

2,000 Reward points equal EUR 40. For further information, please refer to ALL Accor Loyalty programme's rules.
