General terms and conditions governing Banco de Brasília (Banco BRB)

1. Definitions and interpretation

1.1 For the Purposes of this Instrument

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

1.1.1 ALL Accor Member
A participant duly enrolled in the ALL Accor program, with an active and valid account.

1.1.2 Curtaí Participant – Banco de Brasília (BRB)
A participant duly enrolled in Banco de Brasília (BRB)’s Curtaí program, with an active and valid account.

1.1.3 Member
Where the context so permits, an undifferentiated reference to either an ALL Accor Member or a Curtaí Participant – Banco de Brasília (BRB).

1.1.4 ALL Signature Subscriber
A participant with an active, paid-up subscription to the ALL Signature product.

 

1.2 Operational Independence

The Programs remain independent from one another, and each Program is solely responsible for its respective operation, rules and regulations, customer service, and obligations.

 

2. Conversion of Curtaí – Banco de Brasília (BRB) points into Reward points (ALL Accor)

2.1 Eligibility

Participants with an active and valid account in both programs may request the transfer through their personal Curtaí – Banco de Brasília (BRB) account, exclusively between accounts held by the same account holder.

 

2.2 Responsibility

The Participant is responsible for the information provided, and the request may be canceled in the event of inconsistencies in the transfer details.

 

2.3 Conversion and Ratio

2.3.1 The conversion ratio is 3,500 (three thousand five hundred) Curtaí – Banco de Brasília (BRB) points for each 1,000 (one thousand) Reward Points.
2.3.2 The Participant must check the official partnership page for information regarding the minimum conversion allowed and the eligible transfer increments.

 

2.4 Timeline

Points will be credited within up to 6 (six) weeks, and such timeline may vary due to system instability or security validations.

 

2.5 Rules for Use of Points

Once credited, ALL Accor rules and regulations apply in full.

 

2.6 Cancellation

2.6.1 Pursuant to Article 49 of Brazilian Law No. 8,078/1990 (Consumer Defense Code), applicable to contracts entered into in a digital environment under Brazilian law, cancellation may be requested within 7 (seven) calendar days, provided the points have not been used.
2.6.2 In the case of temporary offers, pursuant to Section 4.3, canceling the transfer will result in the non-receipt of any benefits linked to it, including, without limitation, bonus points and the granting of temporary status.
2.6.3 In the case of ALL Signature Subscribers, pursuant to Section 3, canceling the transfer will result in the non-receipt of the 10% (ten percent) bonus.

3. ALL Signature

3.1 Eligibility

3.1.1 Active ALL Signature Subscribers in good standing receive a 10% (ten percent) bonus on Reward Points transferred from Curtaí – Banco de Brasília (BRB) to ALL Accor.
3.1.2 Suspended, past-due, or canceled subscriptions are not eligible for the benefit.
3.1.3 The benefit is not retroactive and will be granted exclusively if the subscription is active and in good standing both at the time of the request and at the time the points are credited.

 

3.2 Conversion

The bonus is calculated on the total points transferred after conversion into Reward Points and is automatically credited to the Member’s account, provided the subscription is active and in good standing at the time of the transfer request and at the time of credit.

 

4. General provisions

4.1 Acceptance

Submitting a request implies acceptance and understanding of these Terms and Conditions and the applicable regulations.

 

4.2 Amendment or Termination

The partnership may be changed, suspended, or terminated at any time, without affecting transfers already completed.

 

4.3 Temporary Offers

Any campaigns or promotional offers related to the partnership may establish specific conditions, deadlines, different conversion ratios, or additional benefits. In such cases, the applicable rules will be those set forth in the terms and conditions of the relevant offer in effect, which shall prevail for the duration of the campaign, without prejudice to the general provisions of these Terms.

 

4.4 Precedence

In case of conflict, the official rules and regulations of each Loyalty Program shall prevail.

 

5. Additional legal provisions

5.1 Data Protection

Personal data will be processed in accordance with Brazilian Law No. 13,709/2018 (LGPD), exclusively for the operation of the partnership.

 

5.2 Limitation of Liability

The Programs shall not be liable for third-party failures, temporary unavailability, incorrect information provided by the Participant, or events of force majeure or fortuitous events.

 

5.3 Fraud and Irregularities

Transfers may be suspended or canceled in the event of suspected fraud or violation of the applicable rules and regulations, and additional documentation may be requested.
The Programs may implement a preventive account block for investigation purposes.
If an irregularity is confirmed, points may be canceled without compensation.

 

5.4 Severability

Any tolerance shall not constitute a waiver of rights. If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
