ALL Accor Loyalty programme
General terms and conditions governing BRB partnership
1. Conversion of BRB points into ALL Reward points:
- BRB points members can convert their BRB points into ALL Accor Reward points within the ALL Accor Loyalty programme.
- To proceed, BRB members must be enrolled in the ALL Accor Loyalty programme. A valid ALL Accor membership card is required to be considered a member of this programme.
- BRB points can only be transferred from a BRB - Bank of Brasília member account to the member's associated personal and nominative account in the ALL Accor Loyalty programme.
- After conversion, the transferred Reward points will be added to the member's ALL Reward points balance and can be redeemed according to the ALL Loyalty programme rules.
2. Points are converted as follows:
- 3,500 BRB points convert to 1,000 ALL Accor Reward points. Members must submit their transfer request by accessing their personal BRB account.
- The aforementioned conversion is performed manually through the member's account at BRB - Banco de Brasília. Members are not authorized to convert their BRB points to third parties. The processing time for the points transfer is 6 weeks. Once completed, the points will be subject to the general terms of use of the ALL Accor loyalty program.
- BRB points transferred to the member's ALL account are converted into ALL Accor Reward points. The transferred Reward points do not qualify for calculating a higher status in the ALL Accor program, nor for maintaining an existing status.
- 2,000 Reward points equal EUR 40. For further information, please refer to ALL Accor Loyalty programme's rules.
