General terms and conditions governing the Bank Al Bilad - Travel Pass Rewards Program partnership

1. Conversion of Travel Pass points into ALL Reward points:

  • Travel Pass members may convert their Travel Pass points into Reward points of ALL Loyalty programme.
  • To do this, the Travel Pass member must be a member of ALL Loyalty programme. In order to be considered a member of ALL Loyalty programme, you need to have a valid ALL membership Card.
  • Travel Pass points may only be transferred from a Travel Pass Rewards Program member account to this member's associated personal and nominative account in ALL Loyalty programme.
  • After conversion, the converted Reward points are added to member's ALL Reward points balance and can be redeemed according to ALL Loyalty programme rules.

2. Points are converted as follows:

  • 30,000 Travel Pass points = 1000 ALL Reward points
  • The points conversion described above is done manually through member's Travel Pass account.
  • Travel Pass points transferred on the member's ALL account are converted into Reward points. Transferred Reward points do not qualify for higher ALL account status calculation or maintaining existing ALL account status.
  • 2,000 Reward points equal EUR 40. For further information, please refer to ALL Loyalty programme's rules.
