ALL Accor loyalty programme

General terms and conditions governing the American Express partnership in United Kingdom

1. Conversion of Membership Rewards® Points into ALL Reward points:

American Express® Cardmembers may transer their Membership Rewards points into Reward points of ALL Loyalty programme.

To do this, the American Express Cardmembers must be a member of ALL Loyalty programme. In order to be considered a member of ALL Loyalty programme, you need to have a valid ALL membership Card.

Membership Rewards points may only be transferred from a Membership Rewards Programme Account to this member's associated personal and nominative account in ALL Loyalty programme.

After conversion, the transferred Reward points are added to member's ALL Reward points balance and can be redeemed according to ALL Loyalty programme rules.

 

2. Points are converted as follows:

3 Membership Rewards points = 1 ALL Accor Reward point.

The points transfer rate described above is automatically completed in the transfer process through the American Express Cardmember's Membership Rewards Account. A minimum of 300 Membership Rewards points (in increments of 300 points) and a maximum of 999,900 points applies to each transfer. Your Membership Rewards points should be transferred to ALL Accor immediately but please allow up to 24 hours for completion. Please note that once your points have been transferred, they cannot be transferred back.

Membership Rewards points transferred on the member's ALL account are converted into Reward points.

Transferred Reward points do not qualify for higher ALL account status calculation or maintaining existing ALL account status.

2,000 Reward points equal EUR 40. For further information, please refer to ALL Loyalty programme's rules.
