General terms and conditions governing the American Express partnership in Hong Kong
1. Conversion of Membership Rewards® Points into ALL Accor Reward points:
American Express® Cardmembers may transer their Membership Rewards points into Reward points of ALL Accor Loyalty programme.
To do this, the American Express Cardmembers must be a member of ALL Accor Loyalty programme. In order to be considered a member of ALL Accor Loyalty programme, you need to have a valid ALL Accor membership account.
Membership Rewards points may only be transferred from a Membership Rewards Programme Account to this member's associated personal and nominative account in ALL Accor Loyalty programme.
After conversion, the transferred Reward points are added to member's ALL Accor Reward points balance and can be redeemed according to ALL Accor Loyalty programme rules.
2. Points are converted as follows:
25 Membership Rewards points = 1 ALL Accor Reward point.
The points transfer described above is completed through the eligible American Express Card Member's Membership Rewards Account. A minimum of 25000 Membership Rewards points may be redeemed for ALL Accor Reward points at any one time and must be in whole numbers. Transfers are normally immediate, but please allow up to 48 hours for the transfer to be completed. Once you have transferred Membership Rewards points, they cannot be transferred back to your Membership Rewards Account and become subject to the Terms and Conditions of the ALL Accor program.
Membership Rewards points transferred on the member's ALL Accor account are converted into Reward points.
Transferred Reward points do not qualify for higher ALL Accor account status calculation or maintaining existing ALL Accor account status.
2,000 Reward points equal EUR 40. For further information, please refer to ALL Accor Loyalty programme's rules.
