General terms and conditions governing Capital One partnership
1. Conversion of Capital One miles into ALL Reward points:
To do this, the Capital One miles member must be a member of ALL Accor Loyalty programme. In order to be considered a member of ALL Accor Loyalty programme, you need to have a valid ALL Accor membership Card.
Capital One miles may only be transferred from a Capital One's Rewards member account to this member's associated personal and nominative account in ALL Accor Loyalty programme. Prior to transferring miles, customers must be a member of ALL Accor Programme.
After conversion, the transferred Reward points are added to member's ALL Reward points balance and can be redeemed according to ALL Accor programme rules.
At this time, you must hold an eligible Capital One Rewards card that offers miles transfer, issued in the United States, to convert miles. For more information, see our Terms at capitalone.com
2. Points are converted as follows:
1,000 Capital One miles = 500 ALL Reward points
The points conversion described above is done manually through member's Capital One's Rewards account.
Capital One miles transferred on the member's ALL Accor account are converted into ALL Reward points.
Transferred Reward points do not qualify for higher ALL Accor account status calculation or maintaining existing ALL Accor account status.
2,000 Reward points equal EUR 40. For further information, please refer to ALL Accor Loyalty programme's rules.
