The Tramshed Growers Market is hosted in a building that was originally constructed in 1904. As the name suggests, the building was once a tram depot. With a variety of of arts, crafts, and food stalls, the Manly Markets are open Saturday and Sunday on The Corso and Sydney Road (between Manly Wharf and Manly Beach).
If you're visiting Manly Markets from Sydney CBD, the best way to get to Manly is via ferry from Circular Quay. Alternatively, you might like to book accommodation in Manly so you can enjoy more time at the beach.
If you love vintage and pre-loved fashion as well as locally handcrafted goods and curated collections of goods, Glebe Markets. You'll always find something unique at Glebe Markets. It's a great spot to shop if you're after a gift.
Glebe Markets also have a range of great food stall holders, but you're also within reach of a range of great cafes, restaurants, and pubs on Glebe Point Road.
The Glebe Markets are held every Saturday in the grounds of Glebe Public School on Glebe Point Road. There's a bus stop right out front of the markets if you're travelling from Sydney CBD, or it's a 20 minute walk from Central Station.
Why not do your market shopping with a view of the Sydney Harbour Bridge?
Kirribilli Markets are popular Sydney markets hosted every Saturday on the north side of the Sydney Harbour. You can get to the markets by taking the train to Milsons Point station or walking up from the Milsons Point ferry wharf.
You'll find fashion, homewares, jewellery, plants, food, and more among the 220+ stallholders at the Kirribilli Markets. Live music and entertainment is also a regular feature at the Kirribilli Markets.
Head to Kings Cross each Saturday for a fun local markets experience at the Kings Cross Markets. You'll find the Kings Cross Markets at Fitzroy Gardens alongside the picturesque El Alamein Fountain, a short walk along Darlinghurst Road from Kings Cross train station.
There's plenty on offer at Kings Cross market and a lot of the stalls centre around local and gourmet foods including fresh produce, honey, pastries, bread, as well as ready-to-eat foods like pho, dumplings, and cheese toasties.
There's a small park alongside the markets but it's often very busy, so for a bit more space and a view of the harbour, take your market food haul down to Beare Park located 10 minutes walk away at Elizabeth Bay.

When you visit Sydney markets, it's always a good idea to arrive early but still be prepared for a crowd. Sydney is a busy city with a large population of locals and visitors year round.
Most of Sydney's markets are easily accessible via the public transport network and we recommend travelling this way as parking can often be at a premium. If you do drive, be prepared to pay for your parking, and arrrive early to nab a spot.
