We come to this Hotel Every year for our Annual Convention, and for some reason it's always a little bit disorganized, especially when we have Booth & Exhibit materials shipped to the Hotel ahead of the Event. It also feels like no one really knows what's going on while we are there. There could be organizational Leadership and accommodations for your Business Customers hosting an Event.

My husband & I stayed 2 nights and our experience was amazing! We were in town for a concert at The Masonic Auditorium and to celebrate my 70th birthday month. I know the City very well but had never stayed at the Fairmont. From checking in to dining to checking out our experience was excellent! Plus the vibe and energy of SF was spectacular! Thanks for a once in a life experience! Holiday decorations were outstanding too!!

I asked for one of two specific rooms when I booked a month or two ago. When I arrived the agent told me the rooms were unavailable and no other explanation offered. Why didn’t someone call to tell Me!

I have been taking my family to stay in a Santa suite for the past 3+ years and have been bringing them to the fairmont since they’ve been born. It’s been my preferred hotel in San Francisco for the longest time. My children always look forward to it and it’s very special to me as well. When we got into our room, none of the treats, hot chocolate bar, cookies or any of it was set up as it should have been with the Santa Suite package. We then had to wait for it to come to be set up and then rush of to dinner. It really was very disappointing to me and the children as part of the majesty of it all is when you first open the door to your room and see everything there waiting for you. A little Christmas magic. It made me sad. Then we had to wait for almost an hour for our bags to come up from the car. It overall was not the experience I was accustomed to or would recommend. Also along the same vein. Moving the Christmas tree from the middle of the main lobby and putting it in a corner to replace it with a bar was something I was not a fan of. It was always so lovely to see that in the middle as you walk in from the doors. Instead a bar peddling champagne.
