The hotel was very clean . Though many of the available commodities were closed due to renovations the hotel is undergoing. Would still recommend. Close to everything you could possibly need . Overall a great experience.

The Front desk agent was very welcoming. It's a little unfortunate that a microwave is not available. You definitely get what you pay for but don't see why a microwave cant be provided. Rooms were clean throughout my 7 day stay . The Cafeteria was okay, the only distasteful part was to watch employees eat off of the buffet which occurred at the end of breakfast. Personally don't like to waste food and glad employees are able to eat from it just not in front of the guests. An employee making omelettes was grabbing the food items with bare hands and then went on to touch her phone. Not very sanitary. There was one night towards the beginning of my stay that my kids wanted to have dinner but the Kids Menu was not available. Very inconvenient as it was raining that evening and maybe like 6 options were available on that menu. Overall a 6, not good but not bad either.

Lamentamos que se haya quedado con esa mala imagen después del desayuno en que el personal se sirve lo que quedó del desayuno, efectivamente lo hacemos para no desperdiciar los alimentos. Por otra parte, tomamos muy en serio sus observaciones sobre las prácticas de nuestro personal en la cafetería y la higiene en la manipulación de los alimentos. La satisfacción y bienestar de nuestros huéspedes son nuestra prioridad, y su feedback es invaluable para mejorar nuestros estándares. Respecto al menú infantil, entendemos lo inconveniente que fue para usted y sus hijos, especialmente en una noche de lluvia. Su comentario será revisado para que podamos ofrecer una experiencia más satisfactoria en el futuro. Gracias nuevamente por sus observaciones.
