I stayed for over 30 days the breakfast was not the best but for why we were there was for medical reason and it was well placed for the hospital

Comfortable hotel, friendly , understanding staff but the hotel is unsave during covid because regulations are not enforced. Groups of maskless, partying people everywhere. Rowdy people on the corridor at 2 am. Security came when called but should have interfered earlier.

Your New Duty manager was very helpful First day I stayed in Room 825 Family Studio But Safe was not operating and there was no Shower Curtain on Tub, so all water was coming out. Then in kitchen there was not any Pans & Pots! And drawers handle was also broken And I felt that this room really needs Makeover So Duty manager, I called her Ari, she is New in Belgium since only one month came from Holland, she recommended me Newly Renovated room 323 She showed me that room which Krishtoff already showed me on my last stay in your Hotel 2 yrs back, that time it was Ramada Plaza But that time I found it small Bc we were 2 of us This time I was alone and it was looking very fresh and I was very Comfortable You were calling Taxi also for me which was coming within 3 minutes Room was also always very Clean Yeh and Miss Ari brought Luggage Trolly in my old room and helped me with my luggage and all little things and again in my new room she helped me to put bags on Rack, she helped me to start Safe and made sure that I will be Comfortable throughout my stay I really appreciated her Help, her way of talking I give her 10 out of 10 Pls let her know that I really appreciated her Politeness She made sure that there is enough hangers in cupboard, there were 2 Racks ready before I entered the room Bc she saw that I have 2 bags So Thank you very much for making my stay so Comfortable Now in future also I would Love to stay with you Hopefully another newly renovated room recommended by my Favourite ARI Always Remember the most important thing in Life is How you make other person Happy & Comfortable In your Hotel Business The Top Most Impotant thing is Good Service My Love to Ari (Sorry I can’t pronounce her Full Name!) Located at a quiet area, not far from city center if by car or bicycle. Reception is efficient and friendly. Breakfast is basic. Wifi is very slow.

The rooms and beds are nicely decorated, comfortable and mostly clean. The bathrooms need updating as the showers/bathtubs are very out of date and stained. Breakfast was downsized due to Covid, also, we miss the waffle maker and the original crepes and brown sugar. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Beds for children are set up upon request and spatious. Overall, we enjoy coming to the hotel every year.

The entrance to the hotel looks good. Staff were friendly and responded quickly to pre arrival communication. Location is handy, a few free parking places and nearby tram or bus transportation to City Centre. But the good points stop there. I was told that upon check in (as a platinum member) that I had been upgraded to a "privilege" room. Not quite sure about the privilege bit - Privilege rooms usually have stocked (and free) drinks in the fridge. Mine had just water. But I was more concerned that the fridge was not clean (took a photo) and also the electrics seem to be way out of date - extension sockets link 3 appliances to the same plug. The lighting is so poor that it is quite difficult to read when in bed. And as for the lighting on the bathroom, you can hardly see yourself in the mirror, so impossible to shave. And when you pull the curtain when in the shower, well you're virtually in the dark. So I was rather disappointed with my stay here. The hotel rooms are in need of some serious renovation.

All was really nice. I only missed the vegetables from the restaurant. The waiters all were nice. The reception girls were a little bit unfocused. Also during the last two nights I got some really noise neighbours. Nevertheless, one of them were cough really heavily all night for two day. That was extramly unconfortuble with this Covid-19 situation around. Besides these I enjoyed my stay in the hotel.

Great welcome + nice staff!! Rooms were perfect! I had informed about the breakfast beforehand and was told the buffet was open, however in the morning we were asked if we had filled a breakfast requsst form for the individual breakfast tray. Bad internal communication, however the manager at the reception desk was really nice and comped us… so thank you so much for turning the dissapoinment into an overall fantastic experience !!!
