Had a great stay at the hotel in 3 bedroom penthouse with city view, nice decor and all bedrooms have great views. Nico and team provided excellent customer service, checking with my needs before the day and making sure my daughter had a great birthday. Thank you.

The staff were fantastic with excellent breakfast. Unfortunately the window cleaners were working on the day which meant we had ropes, noise and the window cleaners visible into the Penthouse from 1230pm to 5pm. Disappointing after paying over $750 for 1 night to celebrate my sons birthday

Good location but they don’t tell you the the car parking they advertise is for small to medium cars only. Had to park at crown a couple of hundred meters away

Upgraded which was awesome. So close to Crown and great restaurants. South Warf shops and Sth Melbourne market close by. Unfortunately restaurant menu limited, I have gluten and soy intolerance, so we only had cocktails during Happy Hour.

Location is perfectly situated for a wonderful day/night out in the city. Walking distance to anything in need or heading out for a special occasion. Only problem.is the reception in the room wasn't as great and if you're planning on having a night to watch a movie, reception to the TV is terrible. Besides that still a wonderful stay!
