This has been a particularly tough and frustrating time for many. And with room service being reduced to weekly, which is problematic for a person on a long stay several months) when we are effectively in lockdown; I want to say the room service people, maintenance people and reception went above and beyond. It is rare I ever comment on anything, but living out of hotels over the last couple of decades, I can honestly say the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff is as good as it gets. The rooms are basic but clean, spacious and with good amenities including cooking utensils, bath, dishwasher, clothes machine and dryer. For a four star, this is about as good as it gets.

Patrick was wonderful and went above and beyond to help us out and make our stay a great one. He was particularly understanding and helpful with the snap lockdown and accommodating us and doing the best he could with us not being able to stay our whole stay at no fault to the hotel at all. The room was well presented and clean. Only complaint was the bed not being comfortable and not being able to stay the whole time I had planned.

Room was clean bed was comfortable we did book for the pool but it was out of service for maintenance but wasn’t made known until arrival if we had of known we would have booked elsewhere probably why it wasn’t stated on the website

Noisy and wasn’t full cleaned

We arrived and the room was unfortunately not cleaned properly so we had to get service up to redo. There wasn’t any clear instructions about parking before we booked in so we ended up spending a fortune on that and the key card kept failing so we wasted time up and down in lifts just to get into our room. The noise level was loud and the heating was too high too. We were not comfortable as we expected we would be. For $349 a night I would have expected a much nicer and smoother experience. Sadly we won’t be returning.

Over priced

For the cost of the stay I would expect the doona not to be really stained. The night receptionist who had a nice tone to her voice was rude and dismissive of what I was trying to tell her, and blaming me for something when I tried to say it didn’t work from the start Hairs still in spa from previous guest Breakfast was alright had better Overall overpriced for what you get had better from elsewhere for cheaper

Was a little dissapointed with this property as a Platinum Member was not offered an upgrade as I usually am, no complimentary drinks and no breakfast, all that is expected as a Platinum Member. Membership was not acknowledged by receptionist which is not normal, room was ok yet not what I usually see from Accor.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Mantra. The location was perfecf with walking distance to so many places. Things are not back to normal yet due ro covid but the staff could not be more accommodating and helpful.
