I stayed in this hotel for 8 nights. I will briefly explain the pros and cons. Pros: Location is very good. Near to the airport. Shuttle service is prompt. Breakfast is delectable. Cons: There is nothing in the vicinity of the hotel. Not a lot of restaurants. It can give you a feel of a deserted place. Language problem. The chef and the housekeeper staff dont understand english. The room size is small irrespective of standard or superior room. No complimentary moisturizer given. They dont have travel adaptor as well. Everything is chargeable.

It brings us joy to know that you found our breakfast offerings delectable, as we strive to provide a wide variety of options to suit all our guests' tastes, including gluten-free products upon request. However, we regret to hear that you felt a lack of nearby restaurants and experienced a language barrier with some of our staff members. While we do have a multi-lingual team at the reception, we understand that it is crucial for all our staff to be able to communicate effectively, and we will certainly look into improving this aspect. We would also like to apologize for the inconvenience regarding room size perception and the absence of certain amenities. Our rooms come equipped with a variety of features, including air conditioning, a safe, and coffee and tea facilities, and we are continuously working to enhance our guest experience. Regarding soundproofing, our rooms are designed with double-glazed windows to minimize noise, and we regret that this did not meet your expectations on this occasion. Your comfort is paramount to us, and we will take your feedback into consideration. Finally, we are glad that you enjoyed the overall convenience of our location in relation to the airport. We hope that the ease of access to both the airport and Brussels city centre via our free shuttle service and nearby train station contributed positively to your stay. Got a room where I could not open the window.

Could not open the window as it was stuck, front desk just mentioned it was known but they couldn’t help me. It was very humid in the room after a hot bath/shower, therefore had a horrible night. I would have expected better as a gold (almost diamond) member. Also did not got an upgrade (but apparently it was fully booked or so).
