The hotel is located a short tram ride or a ~30 minute walk from Zurich HB and the city center. It was a great place to see Zurich from without spending a fortune on public transport. The Industriequarter also offers some amazing bars and restaurants which made the visit all the more enjoyable! The hotel itself was really good and the staff was very friendly. Nothing to write home about but a very good stay for the price. One point is taken off because the couch was not the cleanest (a lot of other people's hair which was a bit off-putting) and the shower had a very inconsistent stream of water which changed from lukewarm to boiling periodically without changing anything on the handle.

Fatou was super friendly, very accommodating and an absolute delight. Her genuine sincerity was very evident. This rating is based on her efforts and actions. Admittedly the breakfast staff was super helpful as well. Had the tiniest issue when I asked for extra pillows, which did not show up. (It’s easy to forget). In any case, when I called back several hours later, I got a genuine apology and the pillows appeared almost as I was hanging up the phone. All in all a great experience. Cozy room. Thank you IBIS Zurich.

As soon as we arrive the preparation and cleanliness and the hotel was immaculate. Staff were friendly well presented and very helpful. The room was amazing, clean and the bed was so comfy and big. Location was not to far from the center just a short tram and and 45 minute leisurely walk.
