Friendly efficient welcome - and I was very appreciative that my accommodation preferences were fully met. The Service and Evening Dinner that I experienced in the Restaurant was disappointing. Service at the Bar was excellent - very welcoming and 'smiley' bar staff. I loved the Terrace and Garden - the jasmine is supreme. Amused by the sound system buried in the bushes!

Good location, comfortable hotel with helpful friendly staff and good car parking on site. However, could have benefited from having two chairs in the room and also found the air-conditioning to be ineffective.

Breakfast on day one was very busy and food ran out. It too 15-20 minutes to restock all fresh breakfast options

Perfect location for walking into the old town. Lovely staff. Excellent room and facilities. Great breakfast spread. And the price was very affordable
