The trip in general is nice and comfortable. Hang - Cluster Sales and Long Cluster Reservation both Manager took care of me terribly well. Breakfast was good as well. However wifi was very disappointedly weak and not enough for whole day usage.

Was upgraded when we checked in without incurring extra cost. Had a window room that looked out to the beach. The room was pleasant & clean. All working amenities, air con great & bathroom clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Booked this hotel due its location. At night can still go out across the road & walk along the beach & enjoy the night life. Breakfast buffet had a selection of choices so had a happy tummy to kick start the day. There’s also a rooftop pool that overlooks the beach & a gym if you find u need to exercise indoors. Hotel lobby was nicely decorated for the holiday season.

I spent 3 days at Ibis Styles VT and was satisfied with the decision. Friendly staff, especially Ms Thư at the reception; good food; nice swimming pool; all these made my vacation memorable. I definitely return the hotel soon.
