Worst Morning breakfast expereice ever. I understand that breakfast service concludes at 10 AM. However, it was surprising to be asked to leave the breakfast area, as most hotels allow guests who are already seated to finish their meal comfortably. In our case, a staff member asked us to vacate the table while we were still finishing our coffee and breakfast. Consequently, we had to leave before completing our meal, which was disappointing.

Tucked in a golf course in the Seogwipo area, we found the location great to explore the island particularly the south and west coasts. The staff were very friendly and accomodating and there is also a convenience store directly in the hotel itself.

Excellent stay. We would definitely pick this hotel again if we happen to come back to Jeju. The hotel is very quiet, the rooms are really largeand confortable. We came from Jejo with a rental car, it was very convenient. You can park it right at the hotel, for free.

Good overall experience, friendly staff on arrival and during stay. Only hiccup is one evening I tried to call lobby for room service (3 times between 7:30 and 8:30) but no one answered… front desk was probably understaffed that day. On checkout, no one at reception either, another client had to call for staff through phone in Korean. Had to wait ~10mn (from the moment I got to front desk) for someone to come. Not sure how long I would have had to wait if that client didn’t call.

We were upgraded to a suite, and the kids absolutely loved the extra space. The housekeeping team did an excellent job, keeping the room clean and tidy every day. Special thanks to Mr. Jay and the front desk team for going the extra mile to make our trip truly memorable. They also helped us book a local farm experience, which we greatly appreciated, as it would have been difficult for us to arrange without speaking Korean.

If you have even the slighted bear fetish, then this is the place for you! Teddy bears at almost every turn, crazy! Accor has a moderate footprint in South Korea and in my research for hotels at every area I stayed in the locations didn't work for me - but Jeju, where I would have a car, location wasn't such a big deal and being a gold status member, I do like my perks. Though I don't like comparing different types of hotels, I feel this place merits it after the many days of research done in picking hotels for my month in South Korea. The first thing you notice (and I wasn't expecting it) was the Teddy Bear assault! There are teddy bears everywhere! I was finding new bears on a daily basis. The staff are all excellent and their English was good and they were genuinely interested in what our daily plans were and were very helpful with suggestions and questions. I had an EV I rented from Lotte and the RFID card and their bank of EV chargers worked very well for me. The buffet breakfast was included in the rate and the chefs are excellent and very friendly and make great omelettes (or any style of egg breakfast). This was also the first buffet breakfast we had in Korea where the bacon, sausages etc were actually at the right temperature - top quality. We stayed 5 nights and we felt like regulars after a couple of days. The location of the hotel being on a golf course makes it very quiet, we only heard birds, frogs and one noisy party on the Saturday night that didn't bother us all that much.
