We just love coming back to this hotel. The staff make it one of our favourite hotels to have a staycation in. They make us feel so special and extremely valued as Accor members. A big shout out to Andrea, Mei, Reza and Hendry. They are among the shining stars at Novotel CBD.

Your hotel has a very good location and excellent staff. However, need to have improvement on the building as it seems not well maintained especially the elevator.

constant issues regarding credit card linked to room and stay , trip was payed in advance , a second card given and lied to by staff at one point saying " card holder was called and gave no permission " which was not the case .. this went on for over 13-14 different interactions while trying to enjoy my stay after 10 hours of work each day it's not what you want to come back to especially when nothing was done wrong or incorrectly mine or my business end .. never had this isssue anywhere else . will not be staying there again
