CONDITIONS:

 In order to access the Friends & Family offer, the guest must have an ALL loyalty account and be logged in. The account is created on the ALL.com website. If the guest already has an account, he/she must log in.

To benefit from the Friends & Family offer in Accor group hotels, the guest must present a copy of the employee's valid ALL Heartists card* at check-in. Without this document, the preferential rate will be refused and daily rate will apply. 
The reservation must be under the name of the guest who will be staying.

 

*List of documents accepted as a copy of the employee's valid ALL Heartists card: PDF format of the card downloadable from the ALL Heartists account, photo of the physical card or copy of the digital card.

Guests benefit from a 30% discount on breakfast if booked online at the time of booking. This discount applies only to hotels in the Premium, Midscale & Economy perimeter (ibis, Novotel, Pullman, Mercure, Movenpick, Handwritten, Greet, Hotel F1, Tribe, Peppers...). 

* For these hotels located in the Europe and North Africa region, a 30% discount applies to all F&B (breakfasts, restaurants, bars, etc.).
* Excluding hotels under franchise agreement in France.
