Incorrect credit card transactions - caution!

Overall our experience was great - until incorrect charges appeared on my credit card after we had departed. We were charged minibar for a bottle of wine we had purchased at a store in town (not a Pullman stocked wine) and we were charged valet parking that we had already paid for on a different card when we checked in. The date of our departure also coincided with fraudulent transactions from an overseas unknown vendor leading to us having to cancel that credit card for the rest of our holiday. We hadn’t used that card at any other location so the timing is suspicious. It took Pullman over 6 days, multiple phone calls and multiple emails including screen shots of our transactions to resolve their errors and I am still attempting to resolve the overseas fraudulent transactions on that card. So caution, make sure you see the invoice before you leave the hotel. It’ll take up a lot of time and effort for you to get the Pullman at Rotorua to resolve their errors that should never have occurred.

Loved the beautiful view out to the lake each day. Room was very comfortable and quiet with a lovely bed and modern bathroom. My favorite thing about this hotel was the fresh milk station!!!! Why doesn't every hotel offer this amenity? Great tea, coffee and hot chocolate bar. Gym was also fantastic and the staff both at the restaurant for breakfast and at the front desk and cleaning staff were all wonderful. Breakfast was filling and plentiful. Couldn't recommend this hotel highly enough.
