Conversion of ThankYou Points into ALL Reward points:
ThankYou® Rewards members may convert their ThankYou Points into Reward points of ALL – Accor Live Limitless, Accor’s loyalty programme.
ThankYou® Rewards members must be an ALL - Accor Live Limitless member and must register your membership number in advance to participate in this program/promotion. ALL - Accor Live Limitles membership, and the earning and redemption of ALL Reward points are subject to ALL - Accor Live Limitles Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions.Transfers to ALL Reward points are often completed within 24 hours, however the process may occasionally take up to 5 business days.
ThankYou® Rewards members can only transfer points to ALL – Accor Live Limitless account held in their own name. A single partner loyalty account cannot be linked to several ALL accounts. Members are not authorised to convert their ThankYou Points into Reward points on behalf of another individual.
After conversion, the converted ThankYou Points are added to member's ALL – Accor Live Limitless Reward points balance and can be redeemed according to ALL – Accor Live Limitless programme rules.
Points are converted as follows:
2 ThankYou Points = 1 ALL Reward point
The points conversion described above is done through member's ThankYou® Rewards account.
ThankYou Points transferred on the member's ALL – Accor Live Limitless account are converted into Reward points.
Transferred Reward points do not qualify for higher ALL – Accor Live Limitless account status calculation or maintaining existing ALL – Accor Live Limitless account status.
