my experience fell far short of expectations. From the moment of check-in to the time of departure, the communication and demeanor of the staff left much to be desired. the attitude of the staff members was consistently unfriendly throughout our stay. Whether it was interactions at the front desk or encounters with other hotel personnel, there was a distinct lack of warmth and hospitality. It's disheartening to feel unwelcome in an establishment that prides itself on hospitality.

Terrible customer service from the Black lady at the reception, I had already booked my room which she told me was available on the spot ( 17 April 2024) when she debited my visa card, she then told me the room was only available at 13pm. I had flown from Montreal to Paris and arrived @9am at the hotel, I then asked if she can accommodate an early checking she reply NO. I then cancel my booking she automatically pulled her teeth, and mumbling in French with her colleague. I had stayed the hotel before and met a really nice gentlemen at the reception but yesterday service was so awful, she didn't even manage to try to see what she can do. I guest these days having a fidelity card or being a member doesn't mean much. Ibis Romainville you are done to me.
