Overall very pleased with our stay. Staff all very helpful and friendly. Only slight problem was the bedroom given to us - when I booked online I carefully chose a room with what looked like a walk-in shower but in the room we were given the shower was over a bath (very high) which was inaccessible to my husband so he could not use it. Otherwise very pleased with our stay and would return.

Nice hotel. I had room 112 , the carpet in this room really looks bad (not to say disgusting) although the room was quite nice though a bit small. I also missed the chance to order eggs (over easy) at breakfast. I believe that for a hotel of your quality this should be included/offered. Great location.

We are sorry that the service and provision at breakfast and in your room did not meet your expectations, and we ask you to accept our most sincere apologies. Regarding the carpet, we assure you that they are regularly disinfected, in particular by a cleaning system and specific equipment acquired a few years ago. I will absolutely make our housekeeper aware of the carpets in the rooms. I take the opportunity to inform you that we are programing a renovation plan for some of the rooms. As for breakfast, I am sincerely sorry that you were not able to order eggs, an absolutely included and free offer, to be ordered from our waiters present during breakfast. Rest assured that the necessary measures will be implemented to improve the quality of the services mentioned. Marvellous hotel, very good situation in the town. Anyway we booked a spa on sunday the 7th of April and they called us to cancel the spa on friday ... without traying to get someone else to do the massage ... it was a gift and I was very disappointed. No one could do it ... weard for a 5 stars hotel... What a pitty

I'm so sorry to read about your disappointment regarding the cancellation of your Spa treatment. Unfortunately, we had a combination of circumstances and had to inform you at the last minute of this cancellation, really reluctantly and absolutely against our standards. We had several sick therapists and unfortunately were unable to find a replacement immediately. We are absolutely sorry for this and present you our most sincere apologies.
