The hotel is quite amazing - beautiful, historic and well situated in the Cité. Our room and the view were beautiful and our dinner in La Barbacane restaurant was a real experience. Try a martini cocktail in the Library Bar.

We recently enjoyed a wonderful three night stay including dinner at La Barbacane. The location is quite amazing, as are the views. If you are going to visit Carcassonne it is well worth staying in the Cité as everything is on your doorstep. The rooms are luxurious and the service superb. Highly recommended!

The coldest hotel I’ve ever stayed in: The hotel is tired and needs renovating. Breakfast very poor but coffee was good
