Very welcoming staff, clean and polite and room was adequate but could do with refreshments available.

As previously stated the room was adequate for my needs but could have had refreshment facility in. Only negative was the noise from the street outside and from a neighbouring bar next door but one. Staff as always very courteous and pleasant, polite. Would stay here in the future and recommend but with a different room away from the front of the building.

Unfortunately being near the station and bars there, as always given that scenario, unpleasant men hanging around all day into the evening. Once inside, it's a lift to the first floor. My room was clean, warm and clean. Needs attention in toilet as loo roll holder broken off and not replaced. Staff were polite and helpful. TV remote did not work and was not sorted.
