- The hotel staff was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating - Breakfast was great - Although the webpage mentions a full service restaurant, only the bar has a limited menu food service - No bar or food service on Sundays - Highway construction makes the normally 5 minute walk to the Center a 15 minute walk.

Good stay, well located but need some refurbishment

We booked a privilege room and received a room on the 9th floor with stunning views. The bathroom was the smallest we have ever seen, which was a shame as you could not use it with 2 people at the same time, and was far from modern. Beds and other equipment were good. Minibar was in the price, but we didn't use it. We also received a voucher for a drink in the bar, but we were surprised that this was only for one drink, not two.

No a la carte breakfast, forced to pay 26 euros for buffet I didn't need or want. TV didn't work properly, couldn't watch BBC News, TV would restart/reset to channel 1 every few minutes Sewage smell would come out of the bathroom, probably from the drain when other rooms flush.
