The staff were excellent and very helpful. The reception area is modern and well equipped. The rooms are need of a bit of TLC and the mattress was a bit uncomfortable. However overall we had a good stay and I would return.

Well located for station and walled city

The Ibis is about a 15 min walk from the station and 15 mins from the walled city. Also close to the Canal du Midi and the river Aude. Staff were very helpful and we had a good breakfast. Rooms were small but adequate. Some disturbance from door banging but that's not the fault of the hotel but inconsiderate guests.

Well located & good breakfast. The rooms are pretty small tho. They also don’t speak neither english or spanish, so it was a little hard and weird to communicate.

The room and the bath was very little and dark. The lift did not work and the room was not clean the second day.
