I made a reservation directly with Ibis (and cancelling a previous one with Booking), but I now regret it a lot!!! I got probably the worst room I have ever had in my entire life (!), in an annex that seemed like an old garage transformed into a room, with an awful humidity smell and a cranking door that was opened several times during the night by other guests passing to other rooms. We were with our 10 years-old daughter that was just in shock with the room. It was very depressing! The room and the hotel had nothing to do with the pictures shown during the reservation, so I feel really deceived. The breakfast room was also depressing! It all seemed like an early century building (I haven't seen walls like these since my grandmothers house) poorly renovated (and unfinished in some locations, like the room we've got). It as overall a terrible experience. Ibis should look after the brand and not let these kind of incidents stain the brand! I cannot accept having a room where we cannot rest (when I booked a quite location exactly to avoid that problem) and that is significantly different from the one I booked (if I had booking looking into these images, I would be accountable for my decision, but I booked the room looking into different photographs, so I was basically deceived!) that is deceiving

This is a 0 stars hotel, very much depressing! We got a room in an annex, seemed like some sort of depressing garage with an awful humidity smell and a ranging access door to other rooms that kept us awake all night. Very depressing breakfast room. Overall, an awful experience! Unfortunately I was so in shock that I didn't take any pictures of the room...

Friendly staff. We would have liked coffee facilities in the room as we had to go out to buy coffee every day. Rooms need blackout curtains and the ac unit wasn't working which was an issue on our last night as it was really warm. One bedside light not working.
