First time overnight stay at this hotel and although the location is very convenient and the personnel is very friendly, the lack of quality in some of the services is disappointing. The room was extremely cold and had to request a heater to sleep more or less comfortable. The towels heater in the bathroom was out of order. The internet connection was awful.

The hotel is OK if rather tired and in need of update. But the worst part it it was absolutely F., as it's spring and outside it was 5-6C, but the heating had been completely turned off in the whole place. Even in the restaurant there were portable heaters on the floor to make it more comfortable, but the rooms were very uncomfortable. A heater was offered, but was completely ineffective and was returned as useless.

We were sitting in the conference room with our jackets. The hotel room had no heating this day. The person at the reception told us that they had switched off the heating some days ago and can't turn it on again. Very strange.

Late check-in, free parking, fire alarm due to hot shower on another floor was a bad nightly surprise, Nespresso at breakfast is always welcome, lack of service staff at breakfast - many tables had empty plates for long time after people left

I stayed at the hotel for more than ~2 months and I had a very good stay. The Hotel is near to places like laundry and market. The room is ok and very comfy. I would request more meat choices during breakfast. Parking is a challenge sometimes as the parking lot gets full sometimes.
