Was unable to check in at chosen time (after 12:00); machine at entrance did not accept my creditcard. (creditcard is digital, no possibility for me to enter card into machine). Here fore I called Mercure as per paper taped to machine, waited close to 20 minutes to hear no correct answers. I was told that checking in was impossible, only possible from 15:00 hours, from 16:00 hours and 17:00 hours. Airconditioning was faulty, room was to hot resulting in high fever of my daughter the next day. Receptionist at Ibis Budget tried hard to help us: he was friendly and efficient.

The shower did not have hot water at any point but my stay was short so it wasn't too much of a problem

The hotel is next to a train track so imossible to sleep before 11:30pm and firdt train gets by around 6am Also, almost the building is badly sound proofed so when one person makes noises, everybody shares it ...
