We booked via Jet2. A modern hotel in a quiet area. It’s about a 10 min walk to the main Stephensplatz area. Reception staff were welcoming and friendly. We contacted them in advance to book a taxi for us from Vienna airport and they arranged a fixed fare of 55 euros for this 20 min trip. Housekeeping did a great job – very clean and tidy. Free water replenished daily. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room and also a free to use safe. WIFI was free and worked fine. Bed was comfortable and we had individual duvets. There was a Billa mini supermarket nearby – close to the back entrance of Belvedere. We booked dinner at a fondue restaurant- Restaurant Chamaleon near Stephansplatz and loved it –We also went to Al Borgo Italian and that was great too.

Very good concierge/reception staff. My request for a room with a street view was accommodated - this meant a lot to me and I am very grateful. Room attendants were very good.

Nice hotel, easy to find and a great location, just a 20 min walk to the main sights and just a few mins from the u bahn and tram stops. Breakfast was expensive though they did have a good selection Inc gluten free bread for me.
