If you just need a holiday where you need to relax then this is the place for you. Plenty of food choices nearby or just go to the Mesa restaurant on site. Lay by the pool, get pool service and just chill. End the day in your own private spa. I didn’t want to leave and was most tempted to extend. Staff are all excellent, service was excellent and the room lovely.

Lovely resort and beautiful pools with enough sun lounges to relax. We booked a sea view room which we thought would have been a bit better (see photo of the view) Due to half the balcony space being taken up by a huge spa bath, there was only space for one chair! My husband had to make do with sitting on a small wooden table! Disappointing having to wait until 2pm to get the room after requesting 12.30pm check in. Anyway, staff were pleasant and resort very nice to chill.

Great romantic getaway

We had a great time at Peppers. Our stay was very relaxing. We really liked the hotel's architecture and greenery, and received excellent customer service from everyone we dealt with. Special shout out to to Trent at the front desk. There are several buildings and only a couple have lifts, so do mention it as a special request if you struggle with stairs.

Great holiday destination in every facet. Couldn’t fault anything. Rooms. Facilities pools staff. Only knock would be internet that was scratchy at various parts of the resort and in rooms we stayed in the penthouse but then relocated to a suite room and it was a perfect spot both times.

We had an outstanding welcome from front staff on my first night every person we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. We were welcomed with champaign, cheeseboard and the works upon arrival to our room thanks to Harry we cant thank you enough. We also want to give thanks and applaud Clarissa she was very attentive from the moment we walked into La Mesa for dinner each night and also the pool bar we felt very at home being in this beautiful location. Please pass on our thank you, and she deserves a pay raise. Steph and Etu
