We had a great stay, starting with Jonatas (or Jonathan) at the front desk. He was very friendly and suggested a better room to accommodate our family of 4. I used to be in your hotel more times in last years. I like you please, I love the Japanese restaurant, I really am satisfied about all your team (reception, bar in the lobby, restaurant, service etc). Last time I wasn't enthusiastic about the room you gave me...not up to expectations.
