He left me waiting for more than 15 min just to do the check out. I had paid in advance. It was missing just the room services . For 2 days. He forgot about me and left me waiting forever. When I told him I had a meeting within half an hour, he started the check out procedure. He was laughing. I said there was no fun on it. It’s an expensive hotel that treated me as a second class citizen. Because it’s “ cute” to make a woman nervous.

the staff is very friendly and helpful. the breakfast buffet had a good selection of foods and drinks. room service was quick. the walls are a bit thin, so the only negative is that you can hear other guests.

The sliding door in the room does not lock. My laundry was not even started after 24 hours, and I had to leave out of town the next morning. Everything promised for Laundry service was not true.

Good enough. Good bed, but the shower fell short. Awful. Insufficient pressure, I was not able to adjust the flow. I'm going back to the same hotel next Monday. Wish me luck ;)
