Main access not well displayed. 2 other doors appeared to be accesses but were not. Main entrance not obvious or signposted. Entrance and reception very dark. Staff friendly and helpful but bar and restaurant closed on Sundays! Smell when exiting lift onto Floor 9 was stale. Room smelt clean. Shower had dirty grout. Bed and pillows comfortable but room terribly small. Location has tram access but is on corner of 2 very busy and noisy roads. Pool is tiny. Steam room and sauna very dirty and offensive smelling. Hsrd to believe this is a Peppers Hotel!

Nicely appointed 2 bedroom apartment. Very clean and fantastic housekeeping during our stay. Functional kitchen and washer/dryer available. Lots of room for family of four. 5-10 min walk to casino and river, 15-20 to the city centre or tram at the door for Burke St in one direction and St Kilda in the other. Delicious breakfast in the restaurant, we love the a la carte form rather than buffet. Friendly staff. Unable to accomodate late check out.

location was great, motel nice and clean. Disappointing with car park and that you cant use valet for larger cars. frustrating with family to have go offsite for carparking.

The hotel itself was clean and well presented. But the carpark situation needs to be much better communicated with guests prior to booking. We were told there is Valet, but on arrival our car did not fit, this should be mentioned prior to booking, we then had to park the car in the crown and we didn't feel safe doing so with a 250k car. Also completely not the hotel fault but there was a domestic argument that started in the main area and continued on outside that my children and I had to witness.
