The hotel is lovely and the room was very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. the breakfast had limited items however was sufficient. The staff were great and very help, we did have a bit of confusion where their booking system was not showing the booking for my daughter as we had booked for 3 people and they only saw 2 people, however it was quickly rectified and a roll away bed was put in the room. We will definitely be staying here again.

Enjoyed my stay. Great little precinct with cafes, bars restaurants and cinema. I liked the fire in the lobby area. Very helpful staff. Room was quite dark and it very hard to reach over the vanity or see anything in the bathroom mirror.

It was an excellent package we purchased to stay at your hotel. Restaurant wasn't open when it said it would be sunday. Sunday night tea was written up in our room as Pizza - no pizzas available. Difficulty parking at hotel. Staff were very attentive and helpful. No brochures available at Hotel, except for one booklet that wasn't really helpful.
