A great apartment. It was clean and tastefully decorated, bright and comfortable. Good size with excellent facilities. Proper laundry in the apartment. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Location was good, just a short walk to Cavell Avenue.

The apartment was in dire need of maintenance including painting, ceiling in bathrooms had significant paint loss back to cement sheet in areas (no observable mould) , chips on walls / corners. Unusable phone and intercom on the walls still. Tiles still original and dirty on the floors and walls - photos taken. Many holes from previous attachments (suspected from 30-40 years ago - built in 1984) rust in the bath tub, rusted laundry cabinet and corroded aluminium widow frames in the main living area and built in robes in disrepair (rollers need replacing). New toilets with half attached toilet seat in ensuite, loose toilet seat in main bathroom. Positives Good furniture, useable and functional kitchen which was clean and good appliances, friendly staff, good location, flooring in main areas as expected, beds were comfortable and linen clean. Previously stayed in same building but different apartment - one that had been updated from original, rebooked based on this previous experience. Considering alternate accommodation provider not AccorALL as very hit and miss for $300+ per night.
