Stayed for 5 nights. No house keeping. We were supposed to pay for extra towels. Kitchen blind did not work, reported to the receptionist but no outcome. Lift was closed to the basement every night. Not a good experience at all.

I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. As we are not a hotel, I am sorry we don't service the apartments like hotels do. Due to the 100km winds we did have to stop the lifts from going to the basement for the 2 nights, to allow them to continue to work and get everyone up and down from there units. I am sorry that we had to do this. Maintenance did attend to the blind and I am sorry he should have left you a note to advise that he needed to order a part. Everything was great in the room except the showers they weren’t the best

the apartments are very spacious and definitely met our requirement. House keeping service with fresh towels should be provided at least every alternate day to make the experience better. no house keeping service was provided for our 5days stay
