The extremely friendly and welcoming staff made our stay that little bit extra special. Beautiful room with a beautiful outlook of pool and tropical surrounds. As a Cairns local, we love visiting this hotel and will return again soon.

I have two things I think could have improved our stay. 1) a face/hand washer in the bathroom, as it is difficult to wash with a liquid soap without it. 2) the wifi was not free but had a daily or more charge. Although not a huge amount, this is the first place in many years where there has been no free wifi. Otherwise, the accommodation was clean, and comfortable

A little disappointed as there seemed to be a lot of maintenance that needed to be done on the property. When walking into the apartment for the first time we were overcome by the smell of bleach, it was very overwhelming. We did mention this to reception and they did look to see if there was another room, but there wasn’t. Apart from that the bed was really comfortable and the apartment quite spacious.
