May Business - Confirmed reviews ALL

- The room was not well kitted out - no kettle, the iron was not working, no toothbrush holder, no qr code or room service menu, and the phone smelled weird. - Offering a hotel taxi service would have been great and prevent us from constantly relying on ubers. - The walls are too thin which meant that I could hear everything the guests on each side of the room were doing. Not great when you want to sleep in. - The staff was very welcoming and polite but very slow for taking orders at the bar and in the restaurant.

Regarding the taxi service, although we do not offer our own service, we are always available to assist in calling reliable app-based transport or taxis. With regards to sound isolation, we apologize for the inconvenience caused and will evaluate possible improvements in this area. Hotel is located centrally and most attractions can be reached by foot. The standard is not what you would expect from a 5 star hotel, but the rooms are overall ok, nothing fancy though. The staff is very friendly and forthcoming.

I was dissatisfied with my stay for a few reasons: - I found termites in the room as I was working sitting on the second bed. I requested to be moved to another room after this. - In my first room, there was no hair dryer - In my first room, I couldn't use the iron as the plug didn't fit into the socket - In my second room, the air conditioning was very old - In both rooms, the air conditioning dripped onto the bed beneath it
