We booked 2 rooms .The rooms were large and comfortable.The hotel was in a fantastic location for our racetrack experience,the waiter in the restaurant for our evening meal was fantastic….that is where the good comments end. When we arrived we had to pay £10 parking…a comment further down said you were allowed one parking space at the hotel if staying overnight..this was not true in our case we were charged. I was informed to access the spa which I was really looking forward to…had to be accessed around the outside of building.This again is not true as I saw people coming down a flight of stairs from inside the building?? Upon entering spa was informed by receptionist not to use the lockers as they were broken but to take my bag,shoes and clothes into spa area and leave on a chair. The spa hot tub was lovely for 2 mins then automatically switched off,no button or sign to say how to get it going again so I got out and went into a very cool pool.I had intended to spend more time in the spa however decided this particular hotel spa was not for me.I couldn’t find any towels so had to tap on the window and ask receptionist for a towel,if she had given me one upon entry this wouldn’t have been an issue.I also read on another review robes are provided in the rooms again this was not so in our case. Breakfast was a disaster for us…when we arrived at restaurant no one was there to greet us we waited then decided prehaps you just go and sit down…we went to sit at a table to find cups already used on several tables.We then saw a young girl at the coffee machine who seemed to be filling it,we asked where we should sit and was told anywhere that had a mug with a spoon in it cause they were the clean tables!! Once we had made our own way finding what was on offer for breakfast,would have been nice to have been explained what was on offer and where situated as we all missed the fruit and yoghurt bar at the rear of the room and because easily seen had the Luke warm ready prepared cooked breakfast. About 5 mins after eating our breakfast a rather odd experience with who I now assume was the gentleman who should have greeted us showed up around our table asking if everything was ok,we just said yes as we had eaten and were preparing to leave.He then said something about the mugs with spoons in and that had WE GOT A PROBLEM…..as he walked away my son said something to me I then said I couldn’t really hear what the waiter had said…..the waiter then swung around and asked me what my problem was….my son told him listen all she said was she couldn’t hear you.I have to say I found the whole experience rather weird.I am sure no reply will be given from the hotel as when I have read other comments they only seem to reply to positive ones.Although the hotel is very good for Brands Hatch location.We personally will not return.

The staff were really friendly and very helpful, the room was so much better this time. The only thing that let it down was the food from the restaurant, nearly an hours wait and when the food came out it was cold and soggy.
