Staff not very friendly and also unhelpful. A member of the concierge staff indicated that me & my colleague only brought problems to him, when making enquiries.

This hotel is great value and is in a great location. Turn right of the hotel and walk for ten minutes and you are right in krakow Central Square. Right opposite is a huge shopping mall with carrefour and burger King/kfc/mcdonalds on the lower level. The rooms here are clean and modern and the staff can't do enough for you. I have stayed here over 8 different visits and I will stay here the next time too. Breakfast at the hotel is nice . Buffet style with optional made to order omelettes. There is a (small) gym on the 6th floor
