I've been at Novotel Araneta for many times, Im greatly satisfied with the rooms, amenities, and food. However, for this time me and my son feel humiliated in public the way your staff approached us that our swimsuit is not suitable in your pool. In fact Im wearing a proper swimwear. Please teach your staff to speak with your guests nicely. If you have problems with your guest do it discreetly and not to the point that other guests are looking upon you as if you've done something wrong. The approach of your staff is really annoying and disgusting. My son felt embarassed in public. So sad and really sad to experience such rude service of your poolside staff!

the attendant ang personnel of the hotel are very polite and accommodating, ambiance are good and the food are very delicious. and you can choose the variety of food, pastry and bread and dessert food. the crew and staff are courteous. the room are always clean.

When I check-in as an Accor member I was right away entertained. I think his name is kryss. He was very accommodating. Unfortunately checking-out was way different. We waited for almost 10-15mins and we were not informed that we could just drop the key in a box
