We went for Hunter Valley Gardens mega creature experience deal including breakfast. Great deal in price wise. Our room was interconnecting with very roudy people and we have small young children. They seemed to come home drunk etc. Maybe in future try and keep young families together? Staff were very friendly and helpful but breakfast was very busy and poorly managed with food etc as it ran out of certain things like bacom etc very quickly. Long wait for requested poached eggs but did appreciate the service.

Not exactly Swissotel style yet exceeded expectations. Restaurant dinners were excellent. Staff were polite. Well located to further explore area. Discovered the wild life zoo a credit to the area. Platinum made stay comfortable and our stay was value for money. All in a great experience.

Our room is very nice, just the breakfast buffet a little bit disappointed because i think you didn't anticipate the guests numbers because we went there around 8:40am and all the food are empty we waited for like 1 hour to refill the food, but over all the package is very good, thank u.
